Introducing Dogman: Elevating Pet Care for Over 50 YearsFor more than five decades, Dogman has been a cornerstone of excellence in pet care across the Nordics. Their journey began in 1965, in a humble 40-square-meter basement in Lund, Sweden, amidst the vibrant era of the Beatles and the blossoming hippie culture. From these modest beginnings, Dogman's founder Hans Jerenäs instilled core values of reliable deliveries and operational efficiency—principles that continue to drive the brand's success today.
Over the years, Dogman's dedication to pets' well-being has only strengthened. In 2004, Dogman AS took root in Norway, followed by Dogman ApS in Denmark in 2006. In 2010, a significant move marked a pivotal moment in Dogman's history. They transitioned to a cutting-edge, 8,000 square meter warehouse in Åstorp, Sweden, adjacent to the E4 highway, expanding to an impressive 12,000 square meters just two years later to accommodate their ever-growing product range. In the same year, Dogman Oy was established in Finland.
In 2011, Dogman made a strategic move, acquiring Jacson of Scandinavia—an esteemed equestrian wholesaler in Sweden and the Nordics. This addition not only broadened Dogman's offerings but also reinforced their commitment to the well-being of both pets and their owners.
Today, Dogman stands as a beacon of pet care excellence, serving dedicated pet enthusiasts in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland. Their extensive range is available in specialized pet shops, zoological stores, and select grocery outlets. With a team of over 130 passionate professionals, Dogman's group-wide turnover reaches approximately SEK 395 million.
